By accessing and using SnapGolf ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapGolf provides AI-powered golf scorecard scanning and score tracking services. The App uses artificial intelligence to extract scores from photos of golf scorecards.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

SnapGolf offers a subscription service with a 7-day free trial, followed by an annual fee of $29.99. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our AI scorecard scanning, SnapGolf does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should review and verify all extracted scores.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to SnapGolf, including scorecard photos. By uploading content, you grant SnapGolf a license to process and store this content to provide the service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SnapGolf for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapGolf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
